AI adoption follows a clear sequence in society and business.

1. Curiosity. Initially, organizations explore AI out of sheer interest. Opportunistic companies experiment with it to uncover its capabilities, driven by a desire to explore its potential.

2. Necessity. As AI’s practical value becomes clear, it transitions into a must-have. Businesses recognize the need for AI to remain competitive, enhance efficiency, and solve previously complex problems.

3. Differentiator. As adoption grows, early users of AI gain a competitive edge. Those who implement it effectively stand out by delivering superior products, services, or operational efficiencies.

4. Standard. Eventually, AI becomes a widespread and standard tool across industries. What was once cutting-edge technology becomes an everyday necessity, similar to the evolution of the internet or smartphones.

In this progression, AI shifts from a novel curiosity to a vital, differentiating force and, ultimately, a standard in business and society.
